2013 National Conference FAQs
A: If you are having trouble navigating the website, please delete the Internet cookies for your browser.
A: When entering your information on the registration page, select the status titled Management. You will then have the option of adding another participant. This will allow you to select their classes while still being billed using your payment information. (Make sure to log out after entering each person).
A: Badges for the National Conference will begin to be mailed out on Wednesday, January 2, 2013. All Trade Show Badges will be available for pickup on-site at the WCAF registration area.
A: Badges for the National Conference will begin to be mailed out on Wednesday, January 2, 2013. After you have paid for your classes, you will be brought to a Thank You page that acts as your confirmation. Please note processing for your class selections takes up to 72 hours. If there are any other problems with your classes you will be contacted within this time frame.
A: The WCAF is free to attend if you register via mail or online prior to the show. The fee to attend is $10 on-site.
A: You can review and change your class selection at any time by going to the View Cart page. Please note attendees do not have the ability to cancel classes once they have been paid for. For all queries regarding refunds, please contact customer service.
A: To sign in and out of your account, click the login and logout button located to the top and bottom of the menu bar.

A: If you register for classes at the National Conference you are automatically signed up for the WCAF. You also have the option of registering for the WCAF show separately at www.wcafshow.com
A: Group status allows for two or more people to pay for classes at The National Conference under the same person. Each participant’s classes will appear their own cart, and upon checkout, the manager of the group can pay for all participants’ classes using the same credit card.
A: Quick registration allows you to see the entire class list without having to search by series or code. Using the checkboxes, you can select each class you would like to attend on one screen. Once you have finished, click the submit button at the bottom and you will automatically be taken to the shopping cart to review your selections.
A: A button linking to your Group Status Page is located in the bottom right hand corner of your shopping cart. You will also be able to view this page before completing the logout process.
A: The Quick Registration page is not available for Group Registration. Please select your classes using the Select/View option on the menu bar.
A: This special pricing option includes most classes* - any combination of workshops, classes, and lectures – for one set price of $399 before 12/20, $450 after 12/20.
A: If the total amount of National Conference classes you select exceeds the price of the VIP Pass, you will automatically be signed up for a VIP Pass.
A: For 2013, the only exclusions for the National Conference VIP Pass are all PPFA education and events.
A: The Add a Member Special is only available when you have first selected the PPFA All Convention Pass and then add the Member Special to your cart.
PPFA Annual Convention FAQS
A: This is a series of education and events offered by the Professional Picture Framers Association independent of The National Conference. It will be held from January 26-30 at the same location as The 2013 National Conference.
A: The PPFA All-Convention Pass for Members allows PPFA Members to select all PPFA education and events for one price of $240 before 12/20, $270 after 12/20.
A: The PPFA All-Convention Pass for Non-Members allows PPFA Non-members to select all PPFA education and events for one price of $335 before 12/20, $365 after 12/20.
A: For 2013, the only exclusions for the PPFA All Convention Pass are all National Conference classes. A7116 Certified Picture Framer Exam, A7117 PPFA Recertification Course, and A7118 Master Certified Picture Framer Exam are also excluded.
