A: When entering your information on the registration page, select the status titled Management. You will then have the option of adding another participant. This will allow you to select their classes while still being billed using your payment information. (Make sure to log out after entering each person).
A: Badges for the National Conference will begin to be mailed out on Tuesday, January 5, 2010. All Trade Show Badges will be available for pickup on-site at the WCAF registration area.

After you have paid for your classes, you will be brought to a Thank You page that acts as your confirmation. Please note processing for your class selections takes up to 72 hours. If there are any other problems with your classes you will be contacted within this time frame.
A: The WCAF is free to attend if you register via mail or online prior to the show. The fee to attend is $10 on-site.
A: You can review and change your class selection at any time by going to the View Cart page. Please note attendees do not have the ability to cancel classes once they have been paid for. For all queries regarding refunds, please contact customer service.
A: To sign in and out of your account, click the login and logout button located to the top and bottom of the menu bar.

A: If you register for classes at the National Conference you are automatically signed up for the WCAF. You also have the option of registering for the WCAF show separately at www.wcafshow.com
A: Quick registration allows you to see the entire class list without having to search by series or code. Using the checkboxes, you can select each class you would like to attend on one screen. Once you have finished, click the submit button at the bottom and you will automatically be taken to the shopping cart to review your selections.
A: A button linking to your Group Status Page is located in the bottom right hand corner of your shopping cart. You will also be able to view this page before completing the logout process.
A: The Quick Registration page is not available for Group Registration. Please select your classes using the Select/View option on the menu bar.
